Before and After School Care

Our Mission

The TMSA Charlotte After School Program provides a safe, caring, and supportive environment that extends the high-quality education students receive during the school day. We are committed to helping students grow socially, physically, and academically while fostering self-discipline, motivation, and a strong commitment to excellence in learning.

Our Vision & Goals

Our After Care Program is designed to:

  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment after regular school hours
  • Support the positive development of each child’s confidence and character
  • Offer a quiet, supervised time for homework and academic support
  • Encourage a love of literacy and lifelong learning
  • Provide supervised free-choice enrichment activities
  • Promote daily fine and gross motor skill development through structured activities

We strive to create a balanced program that supports both academic success and personal growth.

Registration Information

Students must be fully registered before attending the After School Care Program. A non-refundable annual registration fee is required:

  • $25 per student
  • $35 per family

Hours of Operation

Before School Care
7:00 a.m. – 7:15 a.m. (Regular school days only)


After School Care
3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Regular school days only)

Please note:
After School Care is not available on early release days.
Part-time care follows the same daily hours listed above.

Weekly Rates

Full-Time Care

  • 1 Child $80
  • 2 Children $140
  • 3 Children $200
  • 4 Children $200

Sibling Discount: $20 off each additional sibling.

Part-Time Care

  • 1 Child $50
  • 2 Children $90
  • 3 Children $130
  • 4 Children $130

Sibling Discount: $10 off each additional sibling.
