Title IX Compliance

Prohibition of sex discrimination in education programs.

TMSA PCS prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates. TMSA PCS complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and **does not discriminate** on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity). Individuals may report concerns to the appropriate school Title IX Coordinator.
