Request Student Records

TMSA Public Charter Schools (TMSA) is responsible for archiving the permanent student records of current and former TMSA students. We are pleased to offer a convenient and secure online system for requesting student records.

All requests for student records and information must now be submitted online through the official TMSA Records Request portal:

General Information

Per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), student records are only available to those who have proper authorization from the student, parent, or guardian.

  • If the student is under 18 years of age, records may be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person.

  • If the student is 18 years or older, school records will only be released with the student’s written consent.

Important Information

  • All requests for student records must be submitted online through the ScribOrder portal.

  • You will receive email notifications from scribOnline@scribsoft.com regarding the status of your order. Please read these carefully, as additional steps may be required.

  • Phone, fax, or walk-in requests are not accepted.

  • Requests are processed during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM–3:45 PM).

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

  • The site works best on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer 9.0 and higher.

All requests are verified for accuracy before processing. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay your order.
